How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the coconut syrup, grated coconut, and vanilla until well combined.
- Lightly oil a baking tray.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the tops are light golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
