Stir-Fried Greens with Garlic, Soy and Ginger

A simple and flavourful way to enjoy fresh garden greens. This dish cooks quickly and is perfect with rice or fish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 large bowl of fresh greens any mix from the garden
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water

How to make it
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    – wash the greens
    – chop the garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook the aromatics:
    – heat the coconut oil in a pan
    – add the ginger and garlic
    – cook gently until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the greens:
    – add the greens, soy sauce, and water
    – stir continuously over medium heat until the greens are wilted and tender.
  4. Serve:
    – enjoy hot with steamed brown rice
    – delicious served with fish.
