Stir-Fried Greens with Garlic, Soy and Ginger
A simple and flavourful way to enjoy fresh garden greens. This dish cooks quickly and is perfect with rice or fish.
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 inch piece of ginger finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and finely chopped
- 1 large bowl of fresh greens any mix from the garden
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
Prepare the ingredients:– wash the greens– chop the garlic and ginger. Cook the aromatics:– heat the coconut oil in a pan– add the ginger and garlic– cook gently until soft and fragrant. Add the greens:– add the greens, soy sauce, and water– stir continuously over medium heat until the greens are wilted and tender. Serve:– enjoy hot with steamed brown rice– delicious served with fish.
