Bean Leaf and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh bean leaves young and tender
  • ½ cup local leafy greens
  • 1 cup moringa leaves
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • ½ lime juice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey optional

How to make it
 

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Add everything to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and add honey if needed.
  5. Serve cold and refreshing.
