Breadfruit Muffins

How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed breadfruit, eggs, and honey.
- Add the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and coconut milk. Stir until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin tins (greased or lined).
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly and enjoy!
