Leafy Greens and Potato Puree

For babies 6-8 months

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tender leafy greens e.g. tirooj, amaranth, bean leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 small sweet potato peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed coconut milk

How to make it
 

  1. Steam sweet potato until soft (about 10 minutes).
  2. Add leafy greens and steam together for another 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  3. Blend or mash until smooth with coconut milk.
  4. Serve slightly warm.

Tip…

If blending, add more liquid to help smooth the texture.
