Creamy Pumpkin and Coconut Mash

For babies 6 months and older

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt (optional for babies over 1 year)

How to make it
 

  1. Steam or boil pumpkin until very soft (about 10–15 minutes).
  2. Drain and mash with a fork or blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in coconut milk to make a soft mash.
  4. Let cool to warm before feeding your baby.

Tip…

Add more coconut milk or a little cooled boiled water for a thinner texture.
