Taro Brownies
These simple, fudgy brownies use mashed taro for a soft texture and earthy flavour. Great for a treat that’s a little different — and full of goodness!
- 1 cup mashed taro cooked and soft
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup honey
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
